- Clearance or sale items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Opened or used items.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Process

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
